Victor Leclere, who graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health states:

The 26-year-old fellow, born in France, has been advising greenfield hospitals and health systems in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and the United States over the past four and a half years.
