Ayoola Oladipupo

Oladipupo is invested in child and youth development especially relating to social welfare and human capital development in Africa. He is the Founder and Managing Director at ProEdge Leadership Initiative, a Nigerian based non-profit organization that is helping young people lead successful careers through a blend of organised skill development and mentoring programs.

He is currently pursuing his MBA at The Wharton School of Business where he is one of the Co-Chairs leading The Wharton Africa Business Forum, an organization that brings thought leaders in Africa together to an annual conference where pressing issues about Africa are discussed, career advancement opportunities are provided, and entrepreneurs are funded to build solutions within the continent. He is also a Non-Profit Board fellow who would be helping Non-profits in the Workforce development space in Philadelphia to curate career accelerator solutions. Prior to Wharton, he was at Procter & Gamble leading multiple business initiatives in several functions including Sales, Procurement and Marketing across Sub-Sahara Africa.

Oladipupo has a growing interest in the cinemas and will consider acting for pleasure. He is eager to contribute to social impact projects for child and youth development with the Jacobs Foundation and be a functional part of building the shared knowledge within the Jacobs Network.
