Accelerating the impact of education solutions

The Jacobs Foundation and MIT Solve are calling for Project Host applications for the 2023 LEAP (Leveraging Evidence for Action to Promote change) challenge. The LEAP challenge seeks applications from education organizations serving children ages 2-12 that are focused on demonstrating the effectiveness of their solution and accelerating its impact through a stronger connection to evidence. Though not an eligibility requirement, we have a special interest in applications from organizations with solutions that embrace learning variability in typically developing children aged 2-12. The selection process culminates with a LEAPathon event, where each organization selected to host a project will be matched with up to four LEAP Fellows, and teams will participate in mentorship and design thinking workshops to kick off the 12-week LEAP project sprints. LEAP is a global initiative, that reduces barriers and brings together researchers and social entrepreneurs to support education organizations strengthen the evidence base of their learning solutions.
