Launch of the Jacobs Science Writer Fellowship Program

The Jacobs Science Writer Fellowship is a new program for UK and US science and health policy writers focusing on child and youth development.

Fellowships are awarded to five highly talented and innovative journalists. The Program will bring these Journalists to Zurich, Switzerland, from December 1 to 5, 2015, to enhance their understanding of the work and research of the 2015 Klaus J. Jacobs Research Prize recipient, a leading international scholar in the field of youth development, and to connect them with Swiss premier research institutions. The Fellowship is open to journalists resident in United States, Canada or the UK.  Journalists working for any media can apply including but not limited to newspapers, wire services, radio, television, web sites, online publications, magazines or freelance. The Fellowship will cover Fellows’ travel and ground costs.
