Léa Delaunay

Mosaic School, Geneva

Léa is currently Head of Pedagogy at Mosaic School, a multicultural and bilingual French-English primary school in Geneva, Switzerland. Her responsibilities include the management and development of the school’s pedagogical program, enhancement of teaching quality, coordination of the teaching staff and relationship with parents. Following a scientific orientation, Léa earned a BA degree in Mathematics from the Descartes University of Paris and then completed an MA in School Education from the University of Savoie, France.

Prior to becoming Head of Pedagogy, Léa worked for several years as a primary school teacher for under-privileged children and found this extremely rewarding. This experience proved to be the catalyst for developing her true passion for innovative pedagogy. Understanding better how infants and young children learn the skills they need for life remains a key interest to this day.
