Isabelle Sanou

CVE de Valency

Isabelle is co-director of a kindergarten in Lausanne, Switzerland. She has been an educator for 13 years before becoming the pedagogic assistant and then the director of the same institution.

She holds a CAS in systemic intervention in social work and is always looking for new ways to assess improvement possibilities for her job and help her the team. She is particularly interested in new pedagogy like Pistoia and social constructivism, which puts the focus on the child and how to increase its capacities and to let them learn by themselves with the other children as resources. She is also very interested in the topic how to support parents with the care of their children and what role the kindergarten can play as a place that can improve the chances for equality.
