The Klaus J. Jacobs Best Practice Prizes

The Klaus J. Jacobs Best Practice Prizes acknowledged up to three institutions or individuals who are working to implement evidence-based solutions to improve child development and learning in practice.
The Best Practice Prizes were awarded annually until 2018, after which they had been presented biennially. The 2024 awards were the final presentation of this prize. Each of the Best Practice Prize laureates was endowed with CHF 200’000 unrestricted funding. Up to ten prize finalists received support for follow-up activities with the Foundation to promote evidence-based best practice in advancing child learning and education. The Jacobs Foundation Board of Trustees served as the jury for the Best Practice Prizes.
