Vladimir Jost

Vladimir Jost is the Risk and Compliance Manager at the Jacobs Foundation, where he supports the organization in navigating complex regulatory environments and building resilient internal frameworks.

Drawing on his experience across multiple countries and systems, he is dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency and responsibility, while valuing open dialogue and cultural awareness when it comes to managing risk. He believes that lasting impact in philanthropy begins with integrity and trust — and that strong governance is not only a safeguard, but also a driver of meaningful change. 

Before joining the Jacobs Foundation, Vladimir worked at Deloitte in Zurich and KPMG in Luxembourg, where he led audit engagements for international financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Trier.
