Roland Hügli

Roland Hügli is the Chief Financial Officer at the Jacobs Foundation. He navigates the financial landscape to ensure that our journey is smooth. He strongly believes that numbers are not just figures but one of our strategic instruments to fulfill our Theory of Change.

Roland is inspired to be part of an imperative journey to create and improve systems that enable children to reach their full potential. He brings multiple years of experience in various leadership roles in non-for-profit and for-profit companies.

Roland has a degree as business economist HWV from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration.
