Inês Charro

Inês Charro is a Global Program Manager on the Global Learning and Evidence team at the Jacobs Foundation, bringing a wealth of experience in education, finance, and international development. Before joining the Foundation, Inês was the Education Practice Area Manager at Dalberg Advisors in New York City, where she supported a range of education projects across regions and led the development of the Education Finance Network for USAID, with support from CIFF and SDC. Inês also worked at MAZE, where she focused on impact investment and outcomes-based financing models in Portugal, collaborating closely with the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. Earlier in her career, Inês gained valuable experience at BCG in Angola, working across a variety of sectors.
Inês holds a Master’s degree in Finance and International Management from NOVA School of Business and Economics and has studied in Lisbon, Maastricht, and Warsaw.
