Jacobs Foundation Conference: Promising Innovation Prizes and Grand Innovation Prizes

Our Jacobs Foundation Conference expert jury has completed their deliberations!

We are delighted to announce the four recipients of the Grand Innovation Prizes:

  • Rori – Accra, Ghana (Scalable Innovations for Blended Learning)
  • Girls-4-Girls – Nairobi, Kenya (Equitable Classrooms)
  • Yiya AirScience – Lira, Uganda (Equitable Classrooms)
  • Cascades of Learning – New York, USA (Equitable Classrooms)

Each Grand Innovation Prize recipient can recieve up to CHF 200,000. Teams will work on further developing their projects over the next three months with professional support from MIT Solve and the Jacobs Foundation.

The jury has also announced the recipients of the four Promising Innovation Prizes. Congratulations go to:

  • Teacher to Teacher Network – Helsinki, Finland (Showcasing 1000 Solutions for Quality Learning)
  • Project Rangeet – Mumbai, India (Equitable Classrooms)
  • Radics – Bengaluru, India (Improving Learning Outcomes through Data)
  • NewGlobe – London, UK (Scalable Innovations for Blended Learning)

Each Promising Innovation Prize recipient can receive up to CHF 50,000. Teams will work on further developing their projects over the next three months with professional support from MIT Solve and the Jacobs Foundation.
