Eleven new fellows bring their ideas to a global program

The Jacobs Foundation is delighted to announce the fellows who will be part of the 2018-2020 Research Fellowship Program.

The globally competitive fellowhip program for early and mid-career researchers is aiming at improving the learning, development and living conditions of children and youth or contributing to one of the Jaocbs Foundation’s thematic priorities. This includes, but is not limited to educational sciences, psychology, economics, sociology, family studies, media studies, political sciences, linguistics, neurosciences, and medical sciences.

Selected fellows

Fellowships were awarded to the most highly talented and innovative young scholars and mid-career researchers. In alphabetical order, they are:

This year’s call for applications

As in previous calls for applications, candidates will be able to apply for the next fellowship period 2019-2021 from February, 2018 on. Fellows are selected on the basis of their research accomplishments, creativity, and potential to become leaders in the scientific community through their contributions to the field of child and youth development.
