Effective April 1, 2015, Lavinia Jacobs assumes the responsibility of Chair of Jacobs Foundation as decided and communicated in December 2014. Joh. Christian Jacobs will continue to play an active role in the foundation’s activities as its Honorary Chairman.
At the same time, the Board elects the foundation’s Managing Director Sandro Giuliani into the Board of Trustees and appoints him as Delegate of the Board effective April 1, 2015. In this dual function, Sandro Giuliani continues to manage the foundation’s ongoing activities supported by the Senior Management and represents it in the Board.
