Carole Sebastianutto-Roth is HR Manager at the Jacobs Foundation and, among others, is responsible for recruitment, all administrative tasks in relation to the employee lifecycle, and HR processes. She further consults leaders and team members in a wide range of HR related topics. Onboarding of new staff members is important to her and she provides special support to those who relocate to Switzerland.
Carole speaks various languages and is passionate about people and other cultures. She contributes to the foundation with her long-standing Human Resource expertise, acting as an HR professional and a go-to person where everyone is treated friendly and respectfully.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Carole worked in various HR roles for the Private Banking and Insurance sector. She brings a commercial background, holding a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Human Resources and a CAS in Self-Management Competencies from FHNW.
