In the presence of the Ivorian Prime Minister Daniel Kablan Duncan and Lavinia Jacobs, Chair of the Board of Trustees, a delegation of the Jacobs Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on advancing the quality of education in Côte d’Ivoire.
