Jake McIntosh

Jake is passionate about supporting companies to rethink training, hiring and retention strategies to build pathways towards sustainable and fulfilling employment in the middle class. During his time at UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Jake is excited to imagine new partnership models and programs that encourage private sector capital investments, apply industry leadership and expertise, and facilitate public and private partnerships to scale inclusive workforce strategies in the communities where we live and work.

Previously, Jake served as Director of Strategic Communications for Per Scholas, a national technology training nonprofit operating in fourteen cities across the United States and supporting more than 500 corporations with ready-to-work diverse talent every year.

Jake is super stoked to be in California for the first time ever, and will be surfing, fly fishing, hiking, reading weather charts and bird watching on his back porch.
