With a passion for child rights, and a knack for problem solving, Katie has spent the last 12 years facilitating large scale change within NGOs.

As an entrepreneur, Katie has led NGOs to pilot new tools and approaches that can grow impact and create more efficient organisations.  By providing organisational development expertise, Katie has led NGOs to adapt in rapidly changing environments.

Katie has worked in Australia & the Pacific, UK and USA for Save the Children over the last 7 years. During this time, Katie led global transformation projects and designed new operating models that increase the resources going to programs for children across 55 countries. Most recently, Katie led the design of a 10-year rural education & early childhood development Strategy for Save the Children USA.

Katie gained a BSc in Mathematics from University College London and is now pursuing an MBA at Oxford Said Business School. Katie aims to use this experience to speed up the change needed to ensure equal access to quality education for children around the world, and to find better ways to deliver greater social impact.
