Cailin Todd

Berkeley Haas

Cailin has spent her career devoted to education and social impact. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston College’s Lynch School of Education with a degree in Human Development and a minor in English.  Cailin has spent the last seven years working on the management side of innovative schools, ranging from overseeing business operations projects at Rocketship Public Schools, a charter school network with over 15 sites nationwide, to being the first full-time Head of Admissions at Khan Academy’s brick and mortar school. Prior to starting her MBA program at Berkeley Haas, Cailin was on the Human Resources team at Summit Public Schools, a charter school network that partnered with Facebook to create a digital learning platform for public school students nationwide.

As a Jacobs Fellow, Cailin plans to engage with the Jacobs Network and Foundation to continue to engage in her passion of making learning accessible to all. Through being on the ground in schools, she has seen the role that technology plays in providing opportunity to a wide range of learners and its ever-growing importance in our society. She is interested in continuing to build on this idea in the next chapter of her career. Further, Cailin is excited to learn from the cross-functional Jacobs Network and share her experiences in K-12 schools and MBA program insights.
